About Panmetry

Panmetry is a free tool for planning baking quantities and adapting recipes to different pans. The core calculators are free to use.

Pan Volume calculates a pan’s capacity from its dimensions. Pan Converter adjusts ingredient quantities for a different pan. Batter Calculator estimates how much batter a pan needs when the original pan size is unknown.

Pan Volume uses geometric formulas; recipe scaling applies the resulting factor to ingredient quantities. Batter estimation also uses calibrated, approximate models.

You can work in Metric or US units independently of the interface language. Calculations run in your browser.

Results based on estimated models are approximate. Recipes, ingredients, equipment and baking conditions can affect the outcome. Panmetry does not provide medical, nutritional, food-safety or other professional advice.
